What data we store about you

If you have an account on the "BetaCode" platform, we store:

• Your account's name, email address, and hashed (encrypted) password.
• The IDs of the Facebook Pages linked to your account, and their Access Tokens.
• The campaigns you created (post links and reply texts).
• The log of comments that have already been processed (kept to prevent duplicate replies).
• The payment records associated with your subscription.

If you are someone who commented on a post managed by a Page connected to the platform, and you do not hold an account on it yourself, see this section of our Privacy Policy.

How to request deletion of your data

You can delete your data in either of the following ways:

• Disconnect a Page or delete a campaign yourself: from your dashboard, use the "Facebook Pages" page to disconnect any Page (its access token is deleted immediately), or the "Campaigns" page to delete any campaign and its comment log.
• Delete your entire account: email us at privacy@beta-code.org from the email address registered to your account, and our team will permanently delete your account and all associated data (connected Pages, campaigns, processed-comment logs, and payment records) from our database.

Turnaround time

Self-service deletion requests (disconnecting a Page or deleting a campaign) are executed immediately. Full account deletion requests submitted by email are processed within a maximum of 30 days of receipt.

Confirmation after deletion

After a full account deletion request is completed, we will send you a confirmation email at the address you contacted us from, stating that all of your data has been permanently deleted from our database.

Exceptions to immediate deletion

We may retain a minimal set of financial transaction records (such as a payment reference) for an additional period where required by accounting or legal obligations, entirely separate from any other data related to your account or activity on the platform.
